Treacle Furniture is a company wedded to breathing new life into lovingly crafted furniture, to create objects of desire that are more akin to pieces of art or couture design than just somewhere to sit.

 

We don't use foam or equally nasty cheap fillers, our chairs are painstakingly stripped back to the frame and rebuilt using traditional techniques that look beautiful and last a lifetime.

 

In today's culture of throw away, we believe it is necessary to begin the reinvention or recycling of everyday objects, especially those of value.
